FRENCH MONTANA’S UGANDA DONATION AIDS HEALTH CARE CONSTRUCTION SITE & TREATMENT

French Montana is a lot of things and in this instance we’re highlighting the rapper’s charitable nature that has gone on to make a huge impact for thousands of people over in the continent of Africa. Just a few months back, it was shared that French made a $100,000 donation to the Mama Hope organization in Uganda, where he filmed the music video for his top 5 hit single, “Unforgettable.”

Now, months later after his donation, we are now seeing the fruits that are sprouting from such a generous act. In a video posted to his Instagram page, a woman shares a construction update on the staff quarters, which was able to be built due to the hefty donation. Even better, an extension is currently being constructed and will go on to aid 286,000 people.

While the glitz and the glamour aspects of Hip Hop are nice to see and bask in, it’s moments like these that really matter as artists like French are using the benefits of their celebrity to give back to those who are truly in need. While no one is obligated, hopefully this news ignites a fire for others in French’s predicament to want to give back in the best way they can.
